V-WELD Column Boom Manipulator is a ideal fabrication manipulator for petrochemical, heavy engineering, welding, on shore and offshore. The welding column & boom can be used for welding semi-automatically for various jobs, pressure vessels, heat exchanges, colums, boilers, heavy structures, components etc for various welding process like TIG, MIG, SAW, Strip Cladding (SC), Narrow Gap Welding (NAG), hard facing, Plasma welding ( PW) etc process.

V-WELD, Light Duty Column & Boom / Manipulator / Welding Head are ideal for jobs having small but critical jobs. The welding head as per the welding Process like TIG, MIG, Submerged Arc ( SAW), PW is to be mounted on boom end. As per the needs, the Light duty column boom is configured. Light duty column boom is having size upto 4mtr x 4 mtr, having heavy duty rack & pinion or Lead screw design for Vertical movement and Rack & Pinion drive for Horizontal movements.

Minimum/Maximum Height of boom from floor : 700mm / 4700mm

V-WELD, Column & Boom have following axis :-
- Boom In/Out movement
- Boom Vertical UP/DOWN movement
- Column Base swivel
- C & B travel on rail track

Welding Process: Submerged Arc ( SAW), MIG, TIG, Plasma Welding
